Description

The Demarle Flexipan Origine Yule Log Insert Mold is a professional 8-cavity flexible mold designed for creating long inserts for bûches, Yule logs, entremets and layered desserts. The full mold measures 600 x 400 mm (approx. 23.6 x 15.7 in) and features 8 elongated cavities, each measuring 339 x 40 mm (approx. 13.3 x 1.6 in) x 39 mm (approx. 1.5 in) deep. The narrow format is ideal for preparing mousse, crémeux, fruit compote, gelée, ganache and other flavored inserts that can be frozen, unmolded and incorporated into larger log-shaped desserts. Flexipan Origine's silicone-fiberglass construction combines flexibility with reliable release, helping delicate inserts unmold cleanly while maintaining their defined shape.
