Return Policy

At Greens Choice USA, we want you to shop with confidence. While we take great care in packing and shipping every order, we understand that occasionally a return may be necessary. This policy explains when returns are accepted and how the process works.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please do so as soon as possible.

  • Orders can be modified or canceled directly through your customer account portal before they are shipped
  • Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipment
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return (if eligible)

30-Day Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Items must be in new, resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Food, edible products, consumables, and ingredients
  • Items that come into direct food contact once opened
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom, special-order, or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous, flammable, or regulated materials

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please email us before placing your order.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrect or missing

Submit a request within 48 hours of delivery through your customer account dashboard, including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and outer packaging

Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your customer account dashboard
  2. Select the relevant order and submit a return request, including the reason for return
  3. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization
  4. Ship the item within the approved return window

If you’re unable to complete this process through your account, please contact support@greenschoice.com with your order number.

 

Restocking Fee

Approved returns that are not due to damage, defect, or shipping error may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Restocking fees:

  • Apply to customer-initiated returns (e.g., incorrect size, no longer needed)
  • Do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • Are assessed after the item is received and inspected

 

Refunds & Return Totals

  • Refunds apply only to eligible product charges
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • If an item is non-returnable, already returned, or only shipping charges were paid, the estimated refund total may display as $0.00 in your account
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval (bank processing times may vary)

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact support@greenschoice.com. Original shipping charges are not refunded

 

 

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges through the system.

To receive a different item:

  • Place a new order through the website
  • Submit a return request for the original item via your customer account dashboard (if eligible)

This helps ensure faster processing, accurate inventory tracking, and timely fulfillment.

 

 

Final Notes

  • All returns are subject to eligibility and approval based on this policy
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet stated conditions
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds apply only to eligible product charges
  • Abuse or excessive use of the return process may result in future order restrictions
