Shipping Policy

At Greens Choice LLC, we aim to process and deliver your baking supplies efficiently and transparently. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).
During peak seasons, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive:
- A confirmation email once your order is successfully placed
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships
3. Shipping Methods & Transit Time
We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on package size, weight, and destination.
Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Dimensions
- Shipping method
- Destination
Free Shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as part of promotions or minimum purchase thresholds. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
6. Multiple Shipments
To ensure faster fulfillment, your order may be shipped in multiple packages if:
- Items are fulfilled from different locations, or
- Multiple shipments are required for efficient delivery
In such cases, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Greens Choice LLC is not responsible for:
- Delays
- Lost packages
- Additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Orders returned to us due to address issues may be subject to reshipping fees.
8. Delays & Carrier Issues
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, Greens Choice LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Customs or security inspections (if applicable)
We appreciate your patience in such situations.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages)

- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging or items
We will review the issue and assist you in accordance with our policies.
10. Changes or Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Eligible order changes can be managed directly through your account dashboard.
