Order Status & Tracking

Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an order
confirmation email
at your registered email address.

When your order ships, a shipping
confirmation email
(with tracking, where available) will be sent.

You can also view your order details
anytime by logging into your account:

Account Dashboard → Orders / Order History

If you’re unable to access your account or
don’t see updates, contact us at support@greenschoice.com.

Modify or Cancel an Order

Orders can be modified or canceled at
any time before they are shipped
.

How to modify or cancel:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Account Dashboard → Orders / Order History
  3. Select the order
  4. Choose Modify or Cancel and follow the on-screen
    steps

If modification options are not visible,
email us immediately at support@greenschoice.com with your order number,
and we’ll assist if the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, no
modifications or cancellations are possible
.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original
payment method
used at checkout.

Refund processing timelines depend on your
bank or payment provider and may take several business days after approval.

Store credit may be offered in certain
cases, at our discretion.

Change Shipping Address

Shipping addresses can be updated before
the order ships
.

To update a saved address:

Account Dashboard → Addresses

If you need to change the address for an
active order, please contact support@greenschoice.com immediately.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the
estimated delivery window:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email and tracking link
  • Verify the shipping address in your order details

If there are no updates or the delivery
window has passed, contact support@greenschoice.com with your order
number so we can assist.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with missing or
damaged items, notify us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the item(s) and any damage

Do not discard the product or packaging until your request is reviewed.

We’ll assess the issue and guide you
through replacement or refund options, in line with our Return & Refund
Policy.

Returns & Refunds (Summary)

Returns are subject to eligibility under
our Return & Refund Policy.

Please note:

  • Food items, consumables, and perishable products are
    non-returnable
    , except where required by law
    or if damaged/incorrect upon arrival.
  • Certain items may be marked final sale for hygiene or
    safety reasons.

Order Restrictions & Cancellations by
Us

Greens Choice reserves the right to cancel
or limit orders due to:

  • pricing or listing errors
  • inventory limitations
  • suspected fraud or misuse
  • operational constraints

If we cancel an order, we’ll notify you
using the contact details provided at checkout, and any approved refund will be
processed accordingly.

Creating an account allows you to:

  • Track orders
  • View order history
  • Manage addresses
  • Access faster checkout


To create an account, simply register using your name, email, and password on our website.

No additional documentation is required.


Edit or Update Account Information

You can update your details anytime by:

  • Logging into your account
  • Visiting Account Dashboard → Account Information
  • Updating personal details or addresses and saving the changes

All payments are processed securely in USD (U.S. Dollars).

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.


Order Receipts & Invoices

  • Order receipts are emailed automatically after purchase
  • Invoices can also be downloaded from your account dashboard
  • Physical invoice copies are not included in shipments


Coupon Codes & Store Credit

  • Promo codes must be applied at checkout
  • Coupon codes cannot be applied after an order is placed
  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Expiry dates (if any) will be clearly mentioned

Return Eligibility

  • Only unused, unopened, and non-consumable items may be
    eligible for return
  • Food items, edible products, and perishables are non-returnable
  • Return requests must be initiated within the timeframe stated
    in our Return & Refund Policy

How to Request a Return

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Orders → Select Order → Request Return
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions

If eligible, you will receive return instructions by email.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping charges are non refundable unless the error was ours

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate.

  • Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or returned shipments.
  • Re-shipping fees may apply in such cases.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours.
  • Share your order number and photos (if applicable).
