Order Status & Tracking
Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an order
confirmation email at your registered email address.
When your order ships, a shipping
confirmation email (with tracking, where available) will be sent.
You can also view your order details
anytime by logging into your account:

Modify or Cancel an Order
Orders can be modified or canceled at
any time before they are shipped.
How to modify or cancel:
If modification options are not visible,
email us immediately at support@greenschoice.com with your order number,
and we’ll assist if the order has not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, no
modifications or cancellations are possible.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original
payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing timelines depend on your
bank or payment provider and may take several business days after approval.
Store credit may be offered in certain
cases, at our discretion.
Change Shipping Address
Shipping addresses can be updated before
the order ships.
To update a saved address:

If you need to change the address for an
active order, please contact support@greenschoice.com immediately.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the
estimated delivery window:

number so we can assist.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with missing or
damaged items, notify us as soon as possible.
