Description

The Demarle Silpat Macaron Baking Mat is designed to help pastry chefs and bakers create consistently sized macarons with professional results. Measuring 620 x 420 mm (approx. 24.4 x 16.5 in), the mat features 40 printed 2 in (approx. 50 mm) circles that serve as convenient piping guides for uniform macaron shells. The guides are also excellent for creating consistently sized chocolate mendiants and other confectionery pieces. Designed to fit a full-size sheet pan, the reusable Silpat transforms the pan into a non-stick baking surface, helping eliminate the need for butter, grease, oils, sprays or parchment paper.
