Description

White Shimmer Pearls 105g are Sweetapolita's pearlescent sugar beads, and they are the piece decorators reach for when a cake needs to look expensive. Each little sphere is finished with mica dust so it catches the light rather than sitting flat, giving a soft ivory-white shimmer that reads as pearl rather than paint. They are fully edible and candy-sweet, not a decorative-only product. The ingredient deck carries no colour additives beyond titanium dioxide, so they are free of Red Dye No. 3. Use them on wedding and engagement cakes, christening and communion cookies, winter and snow themes, mermaid and under-the-sea designs, or as a clean border along the base of a tiered cake. Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, gelatin-free and kosher certified.
