Sorbitol Powder from Louis François is a plant-based humectant that keeps your cakes, chocolates, and confectionery moist and soft for longer. With a sweetening power of 50–60, it's less sweet than sugar but provides excellent moisture-retaining and anti-crystallising properties. In powdered form, it's easier to incorporate than liquid sorbitol and adds less water to your recipe — a key advantage in formulations where water balance matters. It withstands baking without breaking down, making it reliable across a wide range of applications. Dose at 20–50 g/kg. Kosher and Halal certified. Made in France.
