Description

Add the sweet and tart taste of ripe raspberries to your creations with LorAnn Oils Raspberry Super-Strength Flavor. One of LorAnn’s most popular flavors, this highly concentrated flavor delivers a vibrant balance of fruity sweetness and tanginess. It is ideal for adding raspberry flavor to candies, baked goods, frostings and other confections. The flavor is water-soluble and can also be used in chocolates and confectionery coatings, as well as ganache, fudge, fondant and icings. Typical usage in chocolate or coatings is ¼–½ teaspoon per pound. If too much flavor causes chocolate or coating to thicken, liquified coconut oil or cocoa butter can be added to help thin and smooth the mixture.
