Bring a bright, tart berry flavor to your creations with LorAnn Oils Blue Raspberry Super-Strength Flavor. This highly concentrated flavor is ideal for sweet and sour confections, including hard candies, gummies and lollipops, as well as slushies, popsicles, ice cream, baked goods, frostings, fillings and beverages. The flavor is clear with no added color, allowing you to add blue raspberry flavor without changing the color of your recipe. It is water-soluble but can also be used in chocolates and confectionery coatings, as well as ganache, fudge, fondant and icings. For chocolate and coatings, typical usage is ¼–½ teaspoon per pound. As a Super-Strength flavor, it is highly concentrated and intended to be diluted within your recipe.
