Bring a bright, tart berry flavor to candies, frozen treats, baked goods and more with LorAnn Oils Blue Raspberry Super-Strength Flavor. This highly concentrated flavor is ideal for hard candies, gummies, lollipops, slushies, popsicles, ice cream, cakes, cookies, frostings, fillings and beverages. The flavor is clear with no added color, making it useful when you want blue raspberry flavor without changing the appearance of your creation. It is water-soluble but can also be used in chocolates and confectionery coatings, as well as ganache, fudge, fondant and icings. When flavoring chocolate or coatings, typical usage is ¼–½ teaspoon per pound. Because Super-Strength flavors are highly concentrated, they are intended to be diluted within a recipe rather than tasted directly from the bottle.
