In 1964, a congressional resolution declared bourbon whiskey "America's Native Spirit". Our Bourbon Flavor is a unique flavor resembling the sweet, oaky taste of bourbon whiskey without the kick - capturing the essence of aged bourbon with a sophisticated depth that enhances culinary creations.

Usage: 1 dram = about 1 teaspoon. A little goes a long way! LorAnn's super strength flavors are three to four times the strength of typical baking extracts. When substituting for extracts, use ¼ - ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. This flavor is water-soluble and is not recommended for use in flavoring chocolate or chocolate coatings. This flavor is appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings.
