Description

All the rich, indulgent chocolate taste of our classic Chocolate Flavor - with no added color. Ideal for clear or lightly-colored candies, frostings, and desserts where you want deep cocoa flavor without tinting the finished product. Flavor profile is identical to Chocolate Flavor (0170).

Usage: 1 dram = about 1 teaspoon. A little goes a long way! LorAnn's super strength flavors are three to four times the strength of typical baking extracts. When substituting for extracts, use ¼ - ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. This flavor is water-soluble and is not recommended for use in flavoring chocolate or chocolate coatings. This flavor is appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings.
