Crafted from premium 12-gauge anodized aluminum, this professional-quality tube pan promotes even heating and consistent baking without the hot spots commonly associated with traditional bakeware.

The solid-bottom, seamless construction provides stability while helping cakes bake evenly from the center outward. Its anodized aluminum surface is non-reactive and will not rust, peel, or flake, making the pan suitable for a wide variety of recipes and ingredients.

For stiffly beaten egg-white recipes such as angel food and chiffon cakes, do not grease the sides of the pan. This allows the batter to cling to the sides as it rises. The bottom may be lined with parchment paper when appropriate.
