Crafted from 16-gauge anodized aluminum, this large "grill ready" perforated pan lets you build family and friends-sized pizzas, then bake them in the oven or out on the barbecue. The holes across the surface let air circulate freely for a crisp, golden crust without sacrificing flavor or texture. Anodized aluminum heats and cools quickly to prevent overbaking, and is non-reactive so it's safe for citrus, wine, and tomato-based sauces. Versatile well beyond pizza, it's great for focaccia, flatbreads, large quesadillas, and artisan breads. Free from chemical coatings, PFAS, PTFE, and PFOA, it will never rust, peel, or chip. Safe up to 550°F (285°C). Hand wash recommended.
