Description

The tall tube design helps stiffly beaten batters like angel food and chiffon cling to the sides and climb for maximum height, while the seamless construction and solid bottom add stability and guarantee uniform baking. Crafted from premium 12-gauge anodized aluminum, this pan distributes heat evenly to prevent hot spots and overbaking. With a generous 16 cup (3.8 L) capacity, it is ideal for big celebrations, and it doubles for pound cakes, flans, and pineapple upside-down cakes. The silver anodized surface releases easily, is non-reactive and safe for citrus, and will never rust, peel, or flake. For angel food and chiffon, do not grease the pan; line the bottom with parchment so the batter can grip and rise. Rated up to 550°F (285°C). Hand wash recommended.
