Bake perfect deep sheet cakes and more with the Fat Daddio's ProSeries 9 x 13 x 3 Inch Sheet Cake Pan. The industry standard for deep rectangle-tiered and layered cakes, this versatile pan is also ideal for deep-dish pizzas, casseroles, and thick bar cookies.
Made from durable 16-gauge anodized aluminum, this pan delivers even heat distribution for consistent baking results without hot spots. The seamless construction with boxed rim provides durability and easy handling, while the anodized finish creates a naturally non-stick surface that releases baked goods easily.
The straight sides are perfect for deep layered cakes and the 3 inch depth accommodates extra-tall cakes and thick batters. Safe up to 550°F (285°C) and suitable for oven, freezer, air fryer, and pressure cooker use.
