Create delicate chocolate flower decorations with the Martellato Silicone Flower Chablon Sheet. Designed for professional pastry chefs and chocolatiers, this flexible silicone stencil allows you to produce precise, uniform decorative flowers in three different sizes.

With a decoration thickness of 1.5 mm, the chablon ensures consistent, thin chocolate pieces that are ideal for cake decoration, plated desserts, entremets, and seasonal confectionery designs.

The sheet produces up to 28 decorative pieces per cycle and can be used with chocolate, cocoa butter, isomalt, and other confectionery applications. Its high-temperature resistance makes it suitable for both hot and cold processes.
