Create elegant quilted-pattern chocolate bars with the Martellato MA2021 Polycarbonate Mold. Featuring a refined stitched cushion texture, this mold produces visually sophisticated chocolate tablets with crisp detailing and a brilliant glossy finish when used with properly tempered chocolate.

Designed for professional chocolatiers and artisan chocolate brands, the mold includes 3 cavities arranged in a 3 × 1 layout. The 132 mm length offers a retail-ready chocolate bar format, while the 10 mm thickness provides a balanced snap and premium mouthfeel.
