Ours began almost two decades ago, halfway across the world.
What started as a humble family business in the heart of the Middle East grew into Greens International, a trusted name for bakers and chocolatiers across the GCC. For over 15 years, our family has been dedicated to sourcing the finest baking tools, molds, and ingredients from around the globe — bringing world-class quality into the hands of passionate creators.
Today, that legacy continues — here in the United States.
I’m Tracy, a mother, a baker, and a second-generation entrepreneur who grew up surrounded by flour-dusted counters and the hum of creativity in my family’s baking supply business. Baking has always been my way of creating memories — whether it’s crafting a perfect cake for a celebration or watching my little ones giggle as they lick the batter off the spoon.
When I moved to the U.S., I dreamt of bringing a piece of that world with me — the tools, the artistry, and the dedication to quality that defined our family’s journey.
And so, I decided to build Greens Choice — a bridge between the best of global baking and the passionate community of bakers here at home.
