Bake perfect deep square cakes with the Fat Daddio's ProSeries 9 x 9 x 3 Inch Square Cake Pan. The baking essential for commercial kitchens, bakeries, and home enthusiasts, this pan is ideal for square-tiered and layered cakes, as well as deep-dish pizzas and tall cakes.
Made from durable 14-gauge anodized aluminum, this pan delivers even heat distribution for consistent baking results without hot spots. The seamless construction with boxed rim provides durability and easy handling, while the anodized finish creates a naturally non-stick surface that releases baked goods easily. Non-reactive and safe for citrus-based recipes.
The straight sides are perfect for layered cakes and the 3 inch depth accommodates extra-tall cakes and deep-dish recipes. Safe up to 550°F (285°C) and suitable for oven, freezer, air fryer, and pressure cooker use.
