Description

Bake perfect round cakes with the Fat Daddio's ProSeries 9 x 2 Inch Round Cake Pan. The baking essential for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and bakeries, this pan is ideal for round-tiered and layered cakes, as well as deep-dish pizzas.
Made from durable 16-gauge anodized aluminum, this pan delivers even heat distribution for consistent baking results without hot spots. The seamless construction with rolled rim provides durability and easy handling, while the anodized finish creates a naturally non-stick surface that releases baked goods easily. Non-reactive and safe for citrus-based recipes.
The straight sides are perfect for layered cakes and the 2 inch depth is ideal for most cake recipes. Safe up to 550°F (285°C) and suitable for oven, freezer, air fryer, and pressure cooker use.
